Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for materials and biophysical characterization programs across small molecules, biologics, and vaccines.
• Develop and oversee phase‑screening platforms and analytical methodologies that support discovery through development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—R&D, manufacturing, regulatory—to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in spectroscopy, calorimetry, microscopy, and other characterization techniques.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

Annual salary: $275,596.56
