Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling complex, high‑priority meetings, events, travel, and engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, correspondence, presentations, and reports for presidential meetings and initiatives.
- Coordinate confidential communications on behalf of the President, including sensitive personnel, legal, and strategic matters.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to inquiries directed to the Office of the President.
- Arrange logistics for board meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for confidential documents.
- Support the President in project tracking, follow‑up actions, and deadline management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in higher education or a similarly complex environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
