Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software tools used for electronic warfare signal analysis and countermeasure deployment.
- Integrate hardware and software components into operational EW systems, ensuring compliance with defense standards.
- Conduct laboratory and field testing, troubleshoot anomalies, and document test results.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and engineers.
- Collaborate with program managers, system architects, and external partners to meet mission‑critical timelines.
- Maintain configuration control, versioning, and secure data handling for classified projects.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electronic warfare engineering or a comparable defense technology environment.
- Proficiency with signal processing tools, RF test equipment, and software languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Security clearance eligibility (TS/SCI preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with electronic countermeasure (ECM) systems, radar jamming, or electronic support measures (ESM).
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and MIL‑STD documentation.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Electronics Technician (CET), or equivalent.
