Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and rebuild structurally failed or worn metal parts using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine welding specifications.
• Perform weld inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work in adverse weather conditions and challenging shop or field environments as required by client needs.
• Travel to out‑of‑town assignments, staying overnight when necessary.
• Communicate orally and in writing with associates, clients, and management regarding project status, problems, and recommendations.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and shop safety standards.

Qualifications
