Job Summary

Verito Solutions is hiring an Epic Project Manager – Healthcare IT on a long‑term contract basis. This remote role, based in Perrysburg, Wood County (US), may require occasional travel to Toledo, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Epic Systems implementation projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including clinicians, IT staff, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and change management.
• Drive post‑implementation optimization and training initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Epic implementation projects in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Willow, Beacon) and healthcare workflows.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $100k+ and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Toledo, Ohio.

Compensation

Annual salary: $135,118.02 (fixed for the contract period).
