Key Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and optimize Epic modules to meet clinical and operational goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare system partners to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead integration efforts with other health IT systems, ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and documentation for Epic deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Epic Architect or senior Epic consultant with multiple successful implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, MyChart, Resolute).
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient access, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant Epic certifications and a bachelor’s degree in health informatics, IT, or related field.

Compensation
