Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt customer support via phone, email and chat, guiding users through technical procedures.
• Perform in‑house diagnostics and repairs on CNC milling machines, 3D printers, intra‑oral scanners and related CAD/CAM hardware.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
