CO2 Monitoring LLC, a leading manufacturer and installer of CO2 monitoring systems in Las Vegas, Clark County, is hiring an Entry Level Drafting/Submittal Tech. This full‑time role supports drafting and permitting operations with a salary of $75,174.74.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain accurate engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Compile and submit permit packages to local authorities, ensuring compliance with city and state regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field crews to gather necessary data for drawings.
- Track revision histories and maintain organized drawing archives.
- Assist in reviewing subcontractor submittals for conformance with design specifications.
- Support the creation of as‑built drawings after installation.
- Participate in weekly project meetings to provide status updates on drafting deliverables.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
