Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support month‑end close procedures.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial reports, and management dashboards.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and vendor communications.
• Compile documentation for audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, scanning, and scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting office or similar clerical role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
