Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and personal needs.
• Present USHA’s suite of products, including business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits.
• Assist clients in enrolling in health coverage plans and other financial solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with senior account representatives and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve monthly outreach and enrollment targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $49,459.83 per year. Additional performance incentives and comprehensive benefits package may be offered.
