Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, shift‑based environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCITP, Cisco CCNA) preferred.
