Job Summary

Join Aiven as an Enterprise Account Executive in Bee Cave, Travis County, TX. Drive strategic growth for the AMER region by selling Aiven’s open‑source, multi‑cloud data platform to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts across North and South America.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with C‑level and senior technology decision‑makers.
• Develop territory plans, forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly/annual quotas.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and positioning.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in data, cloud, or open‑source solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in a full‑cycle sales environment.
• Strong understanding of multi‑cloud architectures, databases, streaming, and search technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the AMER region.
