GE Aerospace is seeking an Engine Overhaul Flight Deck Leader in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. Lead a team of technicians, oversee engine overhaul projects and ensure safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the flight deck during engine overhaul cycles, coordinating resources and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA and internal safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and support staff.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce re‑work.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering and maintenance planning to secure parts and tooling.
• Generate performance reports, track KPIs and communicate status to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in jet engine overhaul, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of turbine engine components, diagnostics and test equipment.
• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
