Engagement Leader

VDart, Inc. is hiring an Engagement Leader to spearhead AWS cloud migration programs on a remote basis for a 6‑month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for migration projects.
• Develop and execute migration roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver on‑time, on‑budget solutions.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide technical guidance on AWS services, security, and governance.
• Monitor migration performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud migration, with at least 5 years focused on AWS.
• Proven program or project management experience, preferably with PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams.

Compensation

Salary: $98,398.83 (fixed for the 6‑month term).
