Fujifilm is hiring an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on‑site technical support and training for its endoscopy equipment portfolio. The role is based in Wyoming, Kent County, United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on, on‑site support for Fujifilm endoscopy systems across the assigned customer base.
- Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop instructional materials to ensure proper equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory of spare parts, and report field performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and service teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer sites within the designated region as required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience supporting medical imaging or endoscopy equipment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client training and support.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $93,822.11 (fixed). Fujifilm offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
