Job Summary
Fujifilm is seeking an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on‑site technical support and training for its endoscopy equipment portfolio in Washington, D.C., US. This full‑time role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with customer education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver independent, on‑site support for Fujifilm ES endoscopy systems across assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Perform installation, configuration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all endoscopy equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues, provide root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop instructional materials to ensure proper equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and product development teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Travel to client sites within the Northern California region as required, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing endoscopy or medical imaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopic systems, optics, and electronic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client training and support.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- US work authorization.
Compensation & Benefits
