Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, on‑site support for Fujifilm’s full endoscopy product portfolio to assigned customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
• Conduct user training sessions, develop instructional materials, and certify staff on proper equipment handling.

Compensation & Benefits
