Fujifilm is seeking an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on‑site, hands‑on support for its endoscopy equipment portfolio in Bismarck, Burleigh County, US. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver independent, on‑site clinical support for Fujifilm endoscopy equipment across assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all endoscopy devices in the product catalog.
- Provide real‑time troubleshooting and resolve equipment issues using sound judgment and technical expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clinical staff on proper device handling, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product performance.
- Assist in developing service plans, warranties, and post‑sale support strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in biomedical engineering, clinical technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with endoscopy or similar medical imaging equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions in a clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and customer interaction.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for urgent service calls.
