About This Position

Fujifilm is seeking an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on‑site technical support and training for its endoscopy equipment in Boise, Ada County, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on customer support for the full Fujifilm Endoscopy product catalog at assigned client sites.
  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on ES equipment in endoscopy and related departments.
  • Conduct training sessions for clinical staff on proper equipment usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Document service activities, generate reports, and communicate findings to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and service engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training in biomedical engineering, clinical technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years experience supporting medical imaging or endoscopy equipment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and training.
  • Willingness to travel within the Northern California and Boise regions as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
