Job Summary

Join The Hartford in Phoenix, Maricopa County as an Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Claims Analyst. This entry‑level role focuses on managing a portfolio of EPL claims, supporting the Global Specialty – Financial Lines team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, triage, and investigate incoming EPL claims from policyholders and third parties.
  • Conduct fact‑finding interviews, gather documentation, and assess liability exposure.
  • Maintain accurate claim records in the company’s claims management system.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to develop claim strategies.
  • Prepare clear, concise claim summaries and recommendations for resolution or litigation.
  • Monitor claim deadlines, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support timely reporting.
  • Identify trends and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives within the EPL unit.
