Key Responsibilities
- Receive, triage, and investigate incoming EPL claims from policyholders and third parties.
- Conduct fact‑finding interviews, gather documentation, and assess liability exposure.
- Maintain accurate claim records in the company’s claims management system.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to develop claim strategies.
- Prepare clear, concise claim summaries and recommendations for resolution or litigation.
- Monitor claim deadlines, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support timely reporting.
- Identify trends and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives within the EPL unit.
