Job Description Role & Scope n • Schedule & Duration: 5 days onsite (occasional remote flexibility). Contract-to-hire with a possible 4-month conversion based on performance. n • Core Function: Strictly Employee Relations (performance, behavior, attendance, policy enforcement).
