Job Summary

W3Global Inc, a leading manufacturer of electronic circuits based in Laval, Laval region, is seeking an experienced Electronics Estimator. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000‑$90,000 and reports directly to the Executive Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer price requests, bill of materials, and engineering drawings to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to validate component availability and lead times.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals, including material, labor, overhead, and profit margins.
• Maintain a cost database and update pricing tables for recurring parts.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and suggest alternative components or processes.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in bid reviews and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, component sourcing, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
