Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, conduit, and electrical components.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and ensure work areas are clean and safe.
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders under supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, stripping, and terminating wires.
- Help with testing circuits, troubleshooting faults, and documenting work performed.
- Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lb, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
