Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its Saskatoon, Saskatchewan team, supporting heavy‑industrial mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review electrical systems for mining, energy and heavy‑industrial projects.
• Prepare detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and load calculations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical works.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve field issues promptly.
• Participate in value‑engineering studies and cost‑optimisation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy‑industrial or mining electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and industry standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar design software.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in remote locations as required.
