Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites across the region to install and configure election hardware and software.
- Perform functional testing, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on voting machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic computer issues, documenting findings and resolutions.
- Provide hands‑on training to election officials and staff on proper equipment operation.
- Maintain detailed service reports and update inventory logs in the company’s CRM.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineering teams to escalate complex problems.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal election security standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., A+, CET) preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
