Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations for ecological restoration projects.
• Coordinate crew activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, trucks, and specialized restoration tools.
• Load, unload, and manage materials and equipment on-site.
• Conduct administrative duties including daily reports, time cards, and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Communicate project status to office staff and assist with client updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues, adapting plans for adverse weather or difficult terrain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising field crews in land‑care, restoration, or similar outdoor work.
