Job Summary

Elevance Health is seeking an experienced East Region Director of Cost of Care to lead cost management initiatives across the eastern United States. This full‑time role is based in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost‑of‑care strategies to improve financial performance across the East Region.

Requirements

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days per week in Atlanta; alternate nearby locations considered for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Annual salary: $240,020.86 (fixed). Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
