Job Summary

Achieving The Dream Inc is seeking a Dual Enrollment Advising Research Intern to support a national research project on dual enrollment and student advising. This remote internship is based in Silver Spring, Montgomery County, MD and runs from June to September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for the dual enrollment research study.
• Support the development of advising best‑practice guides for K‑12 partners.
• Coordinate virtual meetings with school districts, universities, and research team members.
• Prepare literature reviews, summaries, and presentation materials.
• Maintain accurate research documentation and assist with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in education, public policy, sociology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, SPSS, Stata, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting.
• Passion for improving equity in higher education access.

Compensation

Fixed annual salary of $52,797.99, paid at $18.00 per hour for undergraduate interns and $23.00 per hour for graduate interns.
