Community Outreach Advocates Inc is hiring a part‑time DME / HHA Medical Sales and Marketing Representative in Merrillville, Lake County, US. This role focuses on expanding access to durable medical equipment and home health aide services through referral development and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations to generate referrals for DME and HHA services.
• Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and educate stakeholders on the benefits of our equipment and home health solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and track referral pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at local health fairs, workshops, and networking events.
• Achieve monthly referral and sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional coursework in health care, sales or marketing preferred.
• Proven experience in medical sales, DME, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the Merrillville area.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet part‑time schedule requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $51,737.45 (fixed). Flexible part‑time hours, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development.
