Job Summary

Join The Channel Recruiter as a Distribution Channel Manager in Englefield, Reading (UK). You will oversee UK distribution partners and drive B2B growth with installers and system integrators in the CCTV and surveillance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing distribution partners across the UK.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with installers, system integrators and end‑users.
• Create and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets and OTE.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and technical teams to ensure partners have the tools and training needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and promotional programmes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in channel or account management within networking hardware, CCTV or smart device sectors.
• Strong understanding of the UK surveillance market and B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work both remotely and on‑site in a hybrid model.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to analyse sales data.
