Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy across front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) systems, including POS integration and menu pricing engines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design, develop, and launch scalable solutions for QSR environments.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and training sessions to accelerate adoption of new tools.
