Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategy across front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) systems, including POS integration and menu pricing engines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design, develop, and launch scalable solutions for QSR environments.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops and training sessions to accelerate adoption of new tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
- Oversee data analytics and reporting to inform pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Travel up to 25% of the time for on‑site planning, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant technology, QSR operations, or related fields.
- Proven leadership of FOH and BOH technology teams, with hands‑on POS and menu pricing expertise.
- Strong understanding of cloud‑based platforms, API integrations, and data security standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or equivalent; MBA a plus.
