Job Summary

SimpliGov LLC is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead its Professional Services team. This full‑time, remote role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and is based in Washington, D.C., USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the Professional Services organization to deliver high‑impact implementations, consulting, and support for government agencies.
• Partner with the Chief Customer Officer to define service offerings, pricing models, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery standards, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality metrics are met.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of consultants, project managers, and technical specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing client feedback, industry trends, and internal performance data.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align service solutions with the SimpliGov platform roadmap.
• Represent SimpliGov at industry conferences, webinars, and client executive meetings.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or managed services, preferably in government technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex implementations for public sector clients.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with experience building and scaling teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior government officials.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
