Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international government relations strategy aligned with CHAOS Industries’ mission of domain dominance.
- Establish and nurture high‑level relationships with foreign defense ministries, regulatory agencies, and multinational coalitions.
- Lead the preparation of policy briefings, white papers, and testimony for congressional and international forums.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, legal, and commercial—to ensure compliance with export controls and foreign investment regulations.
- Monitor global defense policy trends, emerging threats, and geopolitical shifts to inform product roadmaps and market entry plans.
- Represent CHAOS Industries at international conferences, trade shows, and diplomatic events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior‑level experience in government relations, defense policy, or international affairs.
- Proven track record of influencing foreign government decisions and securing strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of U.S. and allied export control regimes (ITAR, EAR) and international defense procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $220,000 – $270,000 annually, plus performance‑based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, equity participation, and a flexible work environment.
