Job Summary
Restoration St Louis Inc is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for its Gulfstream Hotel in Lake Worth, Palm Beach County, US. This senior role oversees all culinary, bar and restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations.
- Develop and execute menus, beverage programs and pricing strategies that align with brand standards and market trends.
- Control costs, prepare budgets, forecast sales and achieve financial targets (P&L responsibility).
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate culinary and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s sales and events teams to maximize catering revenue.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing and vendor relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and cost control in a full‑service hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, menu development and culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, set budgets and make data‑driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Compensation
Salary: $74,128.85 annually.
