Lead the development of Hut 8’s Miami ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives across AI, colocation, cloud services and Bitcoin mining. This senior role combines technology leadership with operational excellence to shape the next generation of high‑performance data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional ecosystem strategy, aligning it with Hut 8’s global vision for AI, cloud, and crypto mining.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams in engineering, operations, business development and sustainability.
• Identify partnership opportunities with technology providers, utilities, regulators and academic institutions.
• Oversee the design, construction and scaling of data center infrastructure while ensuring compliance with local codes and environmental standards.
• Drive performance metrics, cost optimization and risk management for all Miami‑based projects.
• Represent Hut 8 at industry conferences, government forums and community events to promote the company’s impact.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data center, cloud, AI or cryptocurrency infrastructure.
