Job Summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead Oracle‑based enterprise solutions in Boston, Suffolk County, MA. This senior role drives strategy, implementation, and optimization of mission‑critical applications supporting Customer Experience (CX) automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Oracle enterprise applications across the organization.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of architects, developers, and analysts to design, implement, and support scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CX and workforce productivity goals into technical requirements.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Oracle environments, adhering to industry best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party integrations.
• Develop and enforce governance, standards, and documentation for all Oracle initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, track project milestones, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and CX platforms.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of CX automation, workforce productivity, and data integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM) are a plus.

Compensation

Base salary: $108,873.23 per year.
