Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle)

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead its Oracle application portfolio in Nashville, Davidson County. This senior role drives strategy, implementation and optimization of enterprise solutions that power Verint’s CX Automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for all Oracle‑based enterprise applications supporting customer engagement and workforce productivity.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of architects, developers, analysts and vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CX and operational goals into technical requirements and system designs.
• Ensure robust governance, security, compliance and performance monitoring for all Oracle environments.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and licensing to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, integration and migration to cloud‑based Oracle services.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing and managing Oracle enterprise applications (e.g., E‑Business Suite, Fusion, Cloud Infrastructure).
• Proven leadership experience overseeing large, complex projects and distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture, middleware, integration tools (SOA, API Management) and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in customer experience, workforce management or CX automation domains is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
