Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Oracle roadmap aligned with Verint’s CX Automation strategy.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of architects, developers, and analysts in design, deployment, and support of Oracle ERP, CX, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions that improve customer experience and workforce productivity.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security while managing upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
• Develop and enforce governance, best practices, and compliance standards for all Oracle applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and licensing to optimize cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications
