Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle)

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead Oracle‑based solutions from its headquarters in Archer, Laramie County, US. This senior role drives strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise applications that power customer experience automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Oracle enterprise applications supporting CX automation and workforce productivity.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of architects, developers, and analysts to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards across all Oracle platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics for Oracle products and services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, performance tuning, and cost‑optimization of the application landscape.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale Oracle enterprise solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Cloud, Fusion, and related integration technologies.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in customer experience (CX) automation, workforce productivity tools, or contact‑center technologies is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
