Director Digital Experience and Online Sales

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Director Digital Experience and Online Sales to lead its digital strategy and e‑commerce growth in Trenton, Mercer County, NJ. This senior role combines user‑experience design, data‑driven optimization and online sales leadership for the state lottery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital experience roadmap for online lottery platforms, mobile apps and web portals.
• Drive online sales performance through conversion optimization, A/B testing, and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, and analytics specialists.
• Partner with Brightstar Lottery, Scientific Games and internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with regulatory compliance and responsible gaming standards.
• Manage the digital budget, forecast revenue, and report KPI results to executive leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to keep the lottery’s digital offering innovative.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, e‑commerce or online gaming, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of growing online sales revenue and improving user experience metrics.
• Strong analytical skills; expertise with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data‑visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
