Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business‑development strategy to expand Cardinal Health’s specialty pharmacy footprint.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech firms, and payers.
• Lead provider‑engagement programs, including education, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support.
• Collaborate with data‑analytics, billing, and clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions that improve patient outcomes and reimbursement rates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing multi‑million‑dollar contracts and building strategic alliances.
• Deep understanding of payer contracting, reimbursement models, and specialty drug distribution.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally as required.

Compensation

Base salary: $120,913.11 annually.
