Job Summary

Merck is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management in Rahway, Union County, US. You will lead the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product line, guiding the strategic implementation and evolution of the enterprise CLM platform, primarily DocuSign CLM.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the CLM solution across a multi‑year global transformation program.
• Collaborate with internal business units, the implementation partner, and DocuSign to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform to meet compliance and efficiency goals.
• Manage product performance metrics, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Represent the product line in executive steering committees and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software solutions, preferably CLM or contract automation.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, globally‑distributed implementations.
• Strong understanding of DocuSign CLM, SaaS architecture, and integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive cross‑functional teams.

Compensation

Base salary: $223,345.02 annually.
