About This Position
Fujifilm is seeking a Director of Endoscopy Infection Control to lead reprocessing and infection‑control activities for its endoscopic product portfolio in Glendale, Denver, US. This senior role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert on cleaning, high‑level disinfection and sterilization of Fujifilm endoscopy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and oversee infection‑control policies and procedures for all Fujifilm endoscopic devices.
- Act as the company’s chief liaison with customers, third‑party service providers, and internal stakeholders on reprocessing and sterilization matters.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA, CDC, and international regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to field service engineers, clinical staff, and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, investigate contamination incidents, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports, risk assessments, and audit findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in endoscopy reprocessing, infection control, or medical device sterilization.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of high‑level disinfection (HLD), sterilization technologies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence internal and external partners.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer site visits and training sessions.
Compensation
Salary: $190,471.36 per year (fixed).
