Job Summary

Fujifilm is seeking a Director of Endoscopy Infection Control in Archer, Laramie County, US. This senior role oversees reprocessing, cleaning, high‑level disinfection and sterilization of the company’s endoscopic product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all infection control activities for Fujifilm’s endoscopy division.
• Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert on cleaning, high‑level disinfection, and sterilization of endoscopic devices.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures, validation protocols, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with customers, third‑party service providers, and internal teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing) to ensure product safety and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee training programs for internal staff and external partners on proper reprocessing techniques.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators, audit results, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Stay current with industry standards (e.g., AAMI, ISO, CDC) and emerging technologies in infection control.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in infection control, reprocessing, or sterilization of medical devices, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of endoscopic systems, high‑level disinfection agents, and sterilization modalities.
• Proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance (FDA, EU MDR) is a plus.

Compensation

Annual salary: $187,191.75
