Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee cleaning, high‑level disinfection, and sterilization procedures for all Fujifilm endoscopy devices.
• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert for the Endoscopy Division on infection‑control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, third‑party service providers, and internal teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing) to ensure safe product use.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in endoscopy reprocessing, infection control, or medical device sterilization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of FDA, CMS, ISO 13485, and international infection‑control standards.
• Proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
