About This Position
The Director of Endos Infection Control at Fujifilm in Topeka, Shawnee County, US leads the reprocessing and infection‑control program for the company’s endoscopic product portfolio. This senior role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert on cleaning, high‑level disinfection and sterilization of Fujifilm endoscopy devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee infection‑control policies and procedures for all Fujifilm endoscopic products.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including quality, regulatory, engineering, and customer service—to ensure compliance with FDA, CDC, and international standards.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in endoscopy reprocessing, infection control, or medical device safety.
- In‑depth knowledge of CDC, FDA, AAMI, and ISO standards for endoscopic reprocessing.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30% for customer and audit engagements.
Compensation
Salary range: $164,910.28 per year.
