About This Position
pubGENIUS is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead client engagements for its React.js and Next.js agency, working remotely from Canada. This role combines product management instincts with project delivery across DeFi, fintech, Ad Tech and healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from discovery, scoping and proposal through to delivery, QA and post‑launch support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in design, development, and marketing to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with international clients, presenting status updates, risk assessments and roadmap recommendations.
- Define project scopes, timelines, resource plans and budgets using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports and continuously improve processes based on client feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of digital project or product management experience, preferably in a React.js/Next.js or Ad Tech environment.
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance, blockchain, fintech or healthcare tech ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage remote, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or Monday.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software development or a technical degree.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Knowledge of API integrations, cloud hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
