Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish digital content across AAJC’s website, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns for audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with communications staff, program managers, and external partners to align digital messaging with advocacy goals.
- Support virtual events, webinars, and livestreams by managing technical setup, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Maintain brand guidelines, ensure accessibility compliance, and curate multimedia assets.
- Assist with crisis communications and rapid response messaging on emerging civil‑rights issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
