Intermountain Health is seeking a Device Tech_MGFR in Wyoming, Kent County, US. This full‑time role provides clinical, educational, research and administrative support for the implantable device program with a salary of $102,934.41 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onsite and remote interrogation of implantable medical devices.
- Collect, validate, and upload device data to a secure, internet‑based database.
- Assist patients in submitting home‑based device data and troubleshoot transmission issues.
- Maintain multiple research databases and ensure data integrity for ongoing studies.
- Support clinical staff with device education, training sessions, and technical guidance.
- Prepare reports and summaries for research investigators and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on device‑related quality improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, health science, or related field.
- Experience with implantable cardiac or neuro‑stimulation devices preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude for device interrogation equipment and data management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to follow HIPAA and FDA regulations regarding patient data security.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
