Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site and remote interrogation of implantable cardiac devices.
• Collect, validate and upload device data to secure, internet‑based databases.

• Assist clinicians with device‑related education and troubleshooting.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation for device program audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or biomedical certification preferred.
• Experience with implantable cardiac device interrogation and data management.
• Strong computer skills, including database entry and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Ability to follow strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Compensation

Salary: $122,630.07 annually (fixed).
